The advantage of cascading cylinders is being able to work in a toxic environment for extended periods of time. Cascade Systems allow high volumes of Breathing Air to be stored in portable storage racks. The cascade systems allow for the use of one or more cylinders at a time. Cascade Breathing Air Systems are used in conjunction with breathing air airline systems and Supplied Air Breathing Apparatus (SABA).
